Treadmill belts need lubrication to reduce friction between the belt and the deck. Without proper
lubrication, the belt can wear out more quickly and create excessive noise during operation.
Schedule
We suggest checking the KICKR RUN's belt and deck every 6-12 months and lubricating as needed. For other cleaning and maintenance recommendations, see KICKR RUN Cleaning and Maintenance.
