If TRACKR RADAR is unresponsive (no LED or visible activity)
Before first use:
- Connect the unit to its charging cable and a power source.
- Press and hold the power button for just over a second to confirm the unit is able to power on normally.
- Tap the power button to cycle through the 4x light modes to check the TRACKR RADAR for responsiveness.
Normal Use:
- Confirm unit is powered on by holding the power button for just over one second
- If unresolved, connect the unit to its charging cable and a power source.
- If unresolved, gently clean the contacts of the sensor and sensor-end of the charging cable with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and fully dry them before trying again.
- If unresolved, try another confirmed functional power source (charging block).
- If unresolved, try another confirmed functional USB-C charging cable.
- If unresolved/unavailable, contact our support team with
- a description of the issue and what you've tried,
- your proof of purchase or Wahoo order number,
- your contact phone number
- your email address, and
- your preferred shipping address
If the TRACKR RADAR isn't charging...
- Gently clean the contacts of the sensor and sensor-end of the charging cable with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and fully dry them before trying again.
- If unresolved, try another confirmed functional power source (charging block).
- If unresolved, try another confirmed functional USB-C charging cable.
- If unresolved, contact our support team with
- a description of the issue and what you've tried,
- your proof of purchase or Wahoo order number,
- your contact phone number
- your email address, and
- your preferred shipping address
If you cannot pair the TRACKR RADAR to the Wahoo app
- Confirm that the TRACKR RADAR is on by using the button to change light modes.
- If unresponsive, see If the unit is unresponsive (no LED or visible activity) above.
- Forget the TRACKR RADAR from any other device pairings (cycling computer, etc).
- Power cycle the TRACKR RADAR. (Turn it off and back on.)
- Turn the Bluetooth on your phone for at least 10 seconds from the phone settings.
- Force restart the Wahoo app.
- Re-try pairing.
- If unresolved, contact our support team for further assistance.
If you aren't seeing radar data or notifications on your GPS cycling computer...
- Confirm that the TRACKR RADAR is on and responsive by using the button to change light modes.
- If unresponsive, see If the unit is unresponsive (no LED or visible activity) above.
- Power cycle the TRACKR RADAR. (Turn it off and back on.)
- Confirm that
- the TRACKR RADAR is showing as paired and connected to the computer AND
- the Alert mode is set to ON.
- If unresolved, forget the TRACKR RADAR from your GPS Cycling computer.
- Connect the TRACKR RADAR to the Wahoo app to confirm the wireless radio is functioning.
- Once paired to the Wahoo app, check for a firmware update. Update firmware if available. See Update Firmware on Wahoo sensors.
- Re-pair the TRACKR RADAR to your GPS cycling computer.
- Confirm Radar Alerts settings are set to On.
- Confirm the surface of the RADAR is clear of debris and clear.
- If unresolved, contact our support team for further assistance.
Factory Reset:
Please note, performing this will completely reset the unit and it will need to be completely re-paired to the Wahoo app and the cycling computer you are using it with:
- Unpair the TRACKR RADAR from the Wahoo app and the computer/watch you are using it with

Press and hold the power button for 18 seconds.
- The status LED on the TRACKR RADAR will turn solid pink for +1 second and then the unit will fully reset.
- Re-pair the TRACKR RADAR to the Wahoo app for initial setup and settings as these will have been reset.
- Re-pair the TRACKR RADAR back to the cycling computer / sport watch you are using.
