Scheduled workouts can be moved to a different date on the calendar. Find the workout that you would like to reschedule and tap the three dots in the top right corner of the workout tile. Any workout, past or present, that has not been completed (or partially completed) can be rescheduled. They must be rescheduled to a future time.
Select Reschedule from the menu.
Select a new date on the calendar. Click OK to apply the selected date.
A confirmation text will appear on the bottom of the screen and the workout will appear on the calendar on the newly selected day.
To access the three-dot menu for a workout tile, tap on the calendar date or select the Listview icon next to the + button in the top right corner of your screen. Choose Reschedule to move the workout to a different date.
Choose the new date. It must be a date in the future. Tap OK to continue.
A confirmation banner will appear and the workout will appear on the chosen date.
