Communication between the app and the trainer is necessary for the workout signals to be transmitted accurately and smoothly during the workout. Any interference in this communication can cause poor trainer control, dropped signals, and missed interval changes.
Steps to resolve this issue
- Ensure that your trainer is properly connected. See the Connect your Trainer (Compatibility Tool) for proper connection instructions.
