Keyboard shortcuts

There are keyboard shortcuts for the workout player controls available on Mac and Windows.  To access the keyboard shortcut map, press and hold the Fn key on your keyboard, and press F1.


Available shortcuts:

ESC- Close the settings menu

Up/Down arrows- increase or decrease workout intensity

0-9- Levels 0 through 9

` -ERG mode  (this is the key to the immediate left of the 1 key)

m- mute

Spacebar- Pause or Play


Note that these may function differently on multilanguage or foreign language keyboards. You may need to select a different key.
