There are three timers on the screen.
A- The Elapsed Time Timer. This timer shows the elapsed time since the beginning of the workout when the workout player is playing. When the workout player is paused, the timer will show the elapsed time from the beginning of the video. These numbers will be the same unless the workout is rewound or fast-forwarded. This difference allows you to fast forward or rewind to a specific spot in the video, but still track your workout duration properly.
B- The Remaining Workout Timer will show the time until the end of the video/workout.
C- The Remaining Interval Timer will show the time remaining in the current workout interval.
