KICKR BIKE is designed to pair with the Wahoo Fitness app for iOS and Android. If this is your first setup, ensure you can connect to the Wahoo app at least once before pairing with other apps. For a list of compatible 3rd party apps, see this Wahoo Trainer 3rd Party App Compatibility Guide.
KICKR BIKE can connect with up to 3 apps via Bluetooth at a time. For controllable devices , while this means that you can connect the trainer to more than app or device over Bluetooth® at a time, only one app or device should be set to control the trainer at a time. For more information about multiperipheral bluetooth connections, see Which Wahoo products offer Multiperipheral Bluetooth connections?
If you are having issues connecting with an app, please
- ensure other previously paired devices / apps are disconnected, then force close the Wahoo app and other paired apps to prevent them from running in the background and sending conflicting commands.
- Reset your KICKR BIKE by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
- Attempt to pair to the Wahoo app. If successful, repeat steps 1 and 2 and attempt to re-pair/reconnect to your desired 3rd party app.
Also note that the KICKR BIKE should not connect to any app from a mobile device's Bluetooth settings menu directly; rather it should pair through the training app alone.
