1. Ensure BIKE firmware is up to date.
- For BIKE v2 and SHIFT, ensure the BIKE is connected to Wi-Fi and firmware will be updated automatically. If you haven't connected your BIKE to Wi-Fi see Using KICKR / KICKR BIKE Wi-Fi

3. Collect Diagnostics in the Wahoo app
For diagnostic purposes, please open the Wahoo app, put your BIKE in ERG mode at a comfortable level above 100 watts, and perform a workout for 5 minutes. Try to maintain a steady cadence between 80 and 90 RPM.
When the workout is complete, please submit a support request, and our support team will be happy to assist further.
Be sure to include
- the workout file created in the step above
- (You can email it to yourself by selecting the workout in your History tab > workout > ... > Sharing > Email Share)
- a picture of your serial number
