1. Ensure BIKE firmware is up to date.

If unresolved, 

3. Collect Diagnostics in the Wahoo app

For diagnostic purposes, please open the Wahoo app, put your BIKE in ERG mode at a comfortable level above 100 watts, and perform a workout for 5 minutes. Try to maintain a steady cadence between 80 and 90 RPM.

When the workout is complete, please submit a support request, and our support team will be happy to assist further. 

Be sure to include

  • the workout file created in the step above
    • (You can email it to yourself by selecting the workout in your History tab > workout > ... > Sharing > Email Share)
  • a picture of your serial number
