We recommend logging out of the app and logging back in again regularly to refresh content. The first step in troubleshooting any issues should be to log out of the app and log back in again. Logging out is not the same as closing the app and re-launching it.
Mac and Windows
Click on the avatar at the top of your app sidebar menu. (The circle icon that either has your first initial, or your rider type logo). Select Log out.
Android and iOS
Tap on the "more" icon at the bottom of the screen
Then scroll to the bottom of the next screen to find the Log Out button:
