Shifter and button configuration for KICKR BIKE PRO

KICKR BIKEs support shifter configurations to match shifting and gearing options offered by Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo.  Multiple shifter and gearing configurations can be created, stored, and edited in the Wahoo app, and the last selected profile will remain in use on the BIKE until overwritten.
