When submitting a support ticket, please include an image of the Serial Number of your KICKR or KICKR SNAP. The Serial Number can be found on the silver sticker on the inside of your flywheel.
Serial Numbers for the KICKR, KICKR CORE, and KICKR SNAP are typically 12 characters long.
