When submitting a support ticket, please include an image of the serial number of your KICKR, MOVE, CORE, or SNAP. The serial number can be found on the white sticker on the drive side of your flywheel plastics cover.
Serial numbers for the KICKR, MOVE, CORE, and SNAP are typically 12 characters long.
