The CORE is not level

The CORE is a fixed platform without any adjustment.

1. Confirm that the front leg is fully extended.

2. If you are using a quick release, ensure that the bike is fully seated on the trainer.

Pulling up on your stem while pushing down on the seat and wiggling the bike left to right can help you confirm if it is seated.

3. Rotate the trainer 90 degrees from where it is currently sitting.

If the angle/direction of the instability changes, your floors are not perfectly flat (like most everyone else's).

4. If the trainer fails the turn test, move it to a known level surface somewhere else in the house.
