To return your Wahoo Fitness Bike Trainer, please follow the below steps before shipping:
- For KICKRs, set the trainer height to the 650c Road Bike setting (second smallest).
- When packaging the KICKR or KICKR SNAP, use the cardboard inserts, the white retail box, and the brown shipping box that came with the unit, if possible.
- Please ship with all original pieces including: power cord and block, cassette (for KICKR), and QR skewer. Failure to return all items can result in a partial refund.
- Write your RMA number in large letters on at least 3 sides of the package exterior.
- Ship the KICKR/Snap to the address listed in the RMA document. Please provide a tracking number with the shipment as well.
