RIVAL Smart Notifications Issues

ELEMNT RIVAL supports the following notifications:

  • Phone alerts, text messages, emails, WhatsApp, Signal, Line, Telegram, and WeChat


If notifications are not showing, check the following:

  • Notifications are supported for native email, phone and text clients. 3rd party email apps, phone dialers or other messaging apps outside of those listed above are not currently supported. 
  • Notification alerts need to be turned on in the ELEMNT App under Settings > ALERTS
  • Notification permissions should be enabled in your device's system settings (this is typically enabled during on-boarding but can cause issues if initially declined)
