RIVAL Multisport Handover Issues

If you're having trouble getting Multisport Handover working correctly, be sure to check the following:

  • Make sure your RIVAL firmware is up to date by comparing it to the RIVAL's current firmware version
  • Make sure your ELEMNT/BOLT/ROAM bike computer and RIVAL are connected and synced to the same account on the same phone - both should be visible in Devices menu of the Settings tab in the ELEMNT app
  • Check to ensure your ELEMNT/BOLT/ROAM bike computer is in multisport mode
  • Note that the handover process may take from a few seconds to a few minutes to occur
  • If it is not connecting, try turning multisport mode off and on again
  • If it is still not connecting, try turning the ELEMNT/BOLT/ROAM bike computer on and off again
