Creating Your Wahoo Subscription
You can purchase your Wahoo Subscription in a few different ways:
- through the Wahoo SYSTM app
- through the Wahoo app
- through the Wahoo Account Portal
- through our Website.

To purchase a direct subscription from within the SYSTM app (desktop versions only. Choose Settings from the left column and open the billing tab to be directed to the Wahoo Account portal.
Create Your Subscription in the Wahoo Account Portal
To create your Wahoo subscription, please visit our Wahoo Account portal - and log into your Wahoo Account to subscribe.
Once you've chosen your choice of monthly or annual subscription, you'll be prompted to enter your billing address.
Once you've entered your billing address, you'll be directed to the payment page, where the taxes applicable to your location will be automatically added to your subscription payment.
Click "Subscribe"
*Subscribers are responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees credit card companies may charge in excess of the billed amount.
Manage Your Wahoo Subscription
Manage Your Wahoo Subscription in the SYSTM app
You can manage your Wahoo subscription from the SYSTM app. Choose Settings from the left column and open the billing tab to be directed to the Wahoo Account portal.
Your current subscription will be shown under Your Plan. Click on the Manage button to make changes to your subscription. Your account will remain on the current subscription plan until the next billing date, and then any changes will be made at that time. Changing a plan will not change a billing date, nor will any previously purchased time on a subscription be lost.
Switch From Apple or Google Play Subscription to Wahoo Subscription?
You can create a Wahoo subscription rather than manage your account through Apple or Google Play. If you've previously created a subscription through Apple or Google Play, you will need to cancel that subscription and wait for it to fully expire before creating a subscription through Wahoo.
Once your app store subscription has expired, log into the Wahoo Account portal to view and manage your subscription.
Be sure to allow your subscription to fully expire before proceeding. You will know your subscription is expired when you can no longer play a workout or access content on the app.
