My iOS/Android app keeps crashing

Reboot the device.  If the issue persists, delete the app, reboot the device, then download the app from the app store again. 

Ensure that your device meets the minimum device requirements and that your OS version is up to date. 

For optimal app function, ensure that you have a minimum of 10% or 10GB of your device's storage available after app installation and video downloads.
