Identify a KICKR BIKE

Part number Identification

KICKR models can be identified by the Part number on the white sticker on either [1] for KICKR BIKEs, the back side of the center mast, below the crank, or [2] BIKE SHIFT, the inside of the left rear leg, most easily seen from the right.

If the sticker is obscured or missing, you can visually identify a KICKR BIKE from a KICKR BIKE SHIFT, and the version of a KICKR BIKE using the following distinguishing features.

  • Smaller diameter exposed metal flywheel
  • Digital head control unit (HCU) below the where the stem assembly meets the frame
  • Dual port in the power dongle to the right of the flywheel.

  • Smaller diameter exposed metal flywheel
  • Digital head control unit (HCU) below the where the stem assembly meets the frame
  • Single port in the power dongle to the right of the flywheel.

BIKE SHIFT

  • Larger diameter fully enclosed flywheel/brake assembly
  • No head control unit (HCU) below the where the stem assembly meets the frame
