RGT will not install or crashes when started

Users that have AntiVirus installed on their Windows 10 (specifically Avast) have reported that RGT will not install properly even though it’s installed from the Microsoft Store.


Please be aware if you have antivirus installed on your system as a precautionary measure, disable it before installing RGT from Microsoft Store, and once RGT is installed please whitelist the application or add the RGT game folder in WindowsApps to the exceptions list.


There have been also problems reported with Norton VPN phone security app: it will cause crashes on RGT Mobile app startup when Norton VPN is enabled.
