Where can I use my Wahoo account? 

A Wahoo account is a single account and login that works across Wahoo SYSTM and all other Wahoo products, including the Wahoo ELEMNT Companion App, Wahoo Fitness App, and wahoofitness.com.

 

I already have a Wahoo account. Why do I need to reset my password? 

There are many reasons why you may need to reset your password, including routine security updates.

What is included with a Wahoo X subscription?  

A subscription to Wahoo X gives you access to all of the premium features and content for Wahoo SYSTM

Do I need to use a Wahoo trainer or devices to ride in Wahoo SYSTM? 

No. Both Wahoo SYSTM is compatible with trainers, heart rate monitors, power meters, and cadence/speed sensors made by other industry players. For a complete list of compatible devices, please visit our Help Center for SYSTM.
