Welcome to Wahoo X!  We expect you might have some questions about your Wahoo account and the  Wahoo X subscription - so we've compiled the most frequently asked questions here: 

 

Accounts

Where can I use my Wahoo account? 

A Wahoo account is a single account and login that works across Wahoo RGT, Wahoo SYSTM, and all other Wahoo products, including the Wahoo ELEMNT Companion App, Wahoo Fitness App, and wahoofitness.com.

 

I  created an account to use RGT.  Do I now have a Wahoo account? 

Yes, RGT has joined the Wahoo family and the email address that you used for your RGT account is now the email address for your Wahoo account.  For security reasons, it is required that you reset your password to access the Wahoo apps or wahoofitness.com. 

 

I have an RGT account. Why do I need to reset my password? 

RGT has joined the Wahoo family and the email address that you used for your RGT account is now the email address for your Wahoo account. For security reasons, it is required that you reset your password to continue.  This is an additional verification step to ensure that you have access to the email address associated with your account. 

 

I already have a Wahoo account. Do I now have access to RGT? 

Yes, a Wahoo account is a single account and login that works across RGT, SYSTM, and all other Wahoo products, including the Wahoo ELEMNT Companion App, Wahoo Fitness App, and wahoofitness.com. 

 

I already have a Wahoo account. Why do I need to reset my password? 

There are many reasons why you may need to reset your password, including routine security updates.  Additionally, if you had an RGT account and a Wahoo account using the same email address, your password will need to be reset. 

 

How do I delete my Wahoo account and user data?

Note: If you had an RGT account, you can also delete your account and user data using the link. 

 

I created an RGT account using one email address, and created a Wahoo account using another email address. Can I combine the accounts?  

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge account data from two separate accounts at this time.  If you have two active accounts with two different email addresses, please choose one account that you would like to continue to use - and ensure that you are only subscribed to that account.  Please don’t delete the account you are not using.  We are working on an account merge option that will allow you to combine all of your workout history from different accounts into one Wahoo account. Please contact customer support if you have any questions.

What is included with a Wahoo X subscription?  

A subscription to Wahoo X gives you access to all of the premium features and content for both Wahoo SYSTM and Wahoo RGT.

 

I was already subscribed to Wahoo SYSTM. How did my subscription change? 

Your SYSTM subscription is now called the Wahoo X subscription. The price has not changed, but the Wahoo X subscription gives you access to all of the premium features and content for both Wahoo SYSTM and Wahoo RGT. 

 

I was already subscribed to RGT.  How did my subscription change? 

If you had an active RGT subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is now upgraded to a Wahoo X subscription, which gives you access to all of the premium features and content for both SYSTM and RGT.  Your subscription price will continue at $9.99 USD/month until Sept 1, 2022, when prices will increase to the standard Wahoo X subscription price which is currently $14.99 USD/month. 

If you had a subscription through the RGT website, your subscription will not auto-renew but will remain active through May 31, 2022.  If you re-subscribe through the website before June 30, 2022, your subscription price will continue at $9.99 USD/month until Sept 1, 2022. After that date, prices will change to the standard Wahoo X subscription price of $14.99 USD/month or $129 USD/year.  The Wahoo X subscription gives you access to all of the premium features and content for both SYSTM and RGT.

 

I was already subscribed to both RGT and SYSTM.  I don’t want to be double-charged. What should I do? 

You need to cancel one of your active subscriptions - either through RGT or Wahoo SYSTM.  Please contact customer support with any questions.

Do I need to use a Wahoo trainer or devices to ride in Wahoo SYSTM or Wahoo RGT? 

No. Both Wahoo SYSTM and Wahoo RGT are compatible with trainers, heart rate monitors, power meters, and cadence/speed sensors made by other industry players. For a complete list of compatible devices, please visit our Help Center for SYSTM or for RGT.
