When submitting a support ticket, please include an image of the Serial Number of your KICKR, CORE, or SNAP. The Serial Number can be found on the white/silver sticker on the inside of your flywheel.
Serial Numbers for the KICKR, KICKR CORE, and KICKR SNAP are typically 12 characters long.
