iOS Music Issue Troubleshooting

If you're using iOS and aren't able to play workouts from SYSTM while using a music app at the same time, follow the steps below:

  1. Start a SYSTM workout in the app
  2. Toggle off music in the settings tab in the workout player
  3. Start your music app
  4. Navigate back to SYSTM and you should be able to play your music and use the app at the same time.
