Creating Your Wahoo X Subscription

You can purchase your Wahoo X Subscription through the Wahoo SYSTM app or through the Wahoo Account Portal. You can also purchase an annual Wahoo X Subscription via our website.

To create or manage your Wahoo X subscription, please visit our Wahoo X Account portal - log into your Wahoo Account to subscribe or make any changes to your account.

Create Your Wahoo X Subscription in the Wahoo SYSTM app

To purchase a direct subscription from within the SYSTM app, choose Settings from the left column and open the BILLING tab. You'll see your current trial or subscription status and your subscription options with prices shown in USD.

Once you've chosen your subscription, you'll be taken to the Wahoo Fitness billing portal, where you'll be prompted to enter your billing address.

Once you've entered your billing address, you'll then be directed to the payment page, where the taxes applicable to your location will be automatically added to your subscription payment.

*Subscribers are responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees credit card companies may charge in excess of the billed amount.

Manage Your Wahoo X Subscription

Manage Your Wahoo X Subscription in the Wahoo SYSTM app

You can change your Wahoo X subscription type from The Wahoo SYSTM. Click on Settings from the left column and the BILLINGS tab.

Your current subscription will be shown under Your Plan. Click on the Manage button, and you'll be forwarded to the Wahoo X Billing Portal, where you can make changes to your subscription. The account will remain on the current subscription plan until the next billing date, and then any changes will be made at that time. Changing a plan will not change a billing date, nor will any previously purchased time on a subscription be lost.

Switch From Apple Subscription to Wahoo X Web Subscription?

You can create a Wahoo X web subscription rather than manage your account through Apple. If you've previously created a subscription through Apple, you will need to cancel that subscription and wait for it to fully expire before creating a web-based subscription through Wahoo.

Log into your Wahoo X user account from a desktop (windows or mac) version of the app, to view and manage your subscription.

Be sure to allow your subscription to fully expire before proceeding. You will know your subscription is expired when you can no longer play a workout or access content on the app.

Switch From Google Play Subscription to Wahoo X Web Subscription?

You can create a Wahoo X web subscription rather than manage your account through Google Play. If you've previously created a subscription through Google Play, you will need to cancel that subscription and wait for it to fully expire before creating a web-based subscription through Wahoo.
