Step 1
Clean the flywheel thoroughly with soap and water, and make sure it is completely dry before applying the decal. Dust or debris can cause the decal to bubble.
Step 2
Peel the white paper backing off the decal and discard. The chevrons should be applied face-first (sticky-side down) to the surface.
Step 3
Line the yellow decal up with the sides of the flywheel; this is an important step - be sure the sides of the decal are aligned with sides of the flywheel. As an extra precaution, you can tape the decal at the top edge using masking tape to help with alignment. You can line them up in-between the gray or over the gray - it's up to you!
Step 4
Slowly lower the decal onto the flywheel surface. Rotate the flywheel slowly, lowering and apply the decal a little bit at the time until it is fully applied all the way around.
Step 5
Smooth the sticker and apply pressure to ensure a strong bond to the flywheel.
Step 6
Carefully peel the clear masking material away from the flywheel being sure to that the yellow chevrons remain adhered to the flywheel. When peeling off masking material, start at one corner and pull off at an angle. If sticker pulls away from flywheel surface, repeat Steps 4 and 5.
