Vibration and noise issues have have a variety of causes, some of which can be narrowed by when they are experienced.  Does the noise occur?

Our hardware team will review the video, confirm the cause of the noise, and provide feedback on next steps towards resolution.

In case of a hardware defect, for the quickest processing, please include the following in your reply:

  1. A copy or screenshot of your original receipt with the purchase date visible

  2. Your current shipping address

  3. The best phone number to reach you

  4. An image of the the serial number of your trainer (serial number location instructions).

If you're experiencing the vibration or noise whenever you ride the bike, we can exclude the trainer as the cause, which means it is time to get a second opinion from a bike friend or your local bike shop about what the noise is, and if is something that needs to be addressed with your bike.
