QR frame fit troubleshooting KICKR/CORE/MOVE [tsg]

Double check frame spacing and rotate reversible non-drive side QR adapter.

The CORE is compatible 130mm and 135mm quick release frames.

If the frame is being compressed inward or stretched outward unnaturally when you place the bike on the CORE, it is most likely that you have misidentified the bike's hub spacing.

Try rotating the reversible non-drive side adapter B and then remounting the bicycle.

If it still doesn't fit, take out a ruler and measure from the inside edge of one dropout to the other.

  • If less than 130mm, the bicycle frame is incompatible with the CORE (most commonly 126mm legacy road bikes).
  • If much more than 135mm (138mm+), the bike is either incompatible with the CORE (ex 141 QR mountain bikes), or the frame is damaged.
