I have already paired my sensor. Why can't I find it?

To find out if your sensor is paired with the phone, select the Settings tab, then Sensors. You will be shown a list of currently paired sensors. If the sensor is active (awake), the signal strength will be shown in green.

  • If you see your sensor on this list and there is a signal, you can select it to add or remove it from associating with a given workout profile.
  • If you see your sensor on this list but is listed as disconnected, first ensure that the sensor is awake (that the TICKR is installed on you, spin a wheel or crank, etc).  If still disconnected, your sensor may not be getting power. Try replacing the battery or checking the power plug.
  • If you do not see your sensor on this list, you can add a new sensor.
