With the plastic plug installed on the bottom of the PROTKT, you cannot charge your phone while it’s in the case. However, you can remove this plug to to allow for charging of your phone but your case will no longer be water resistant. To remove the plastic plug, gently push the plug into the case. The plug will slide inside the case and can be removed through the opening in the top. Do not lose the plug! Your phone must not be in the case while removing the plastic plug.
