To return your Wahoo Fitness Bike Trainer, please follow the below steps:
- Tape all 4 sides of your RMA document to the package exterior.
- For KICKRs, set the trainer height to the 650c Road Bike setting (second smallest).
- Wherever possible, secure the KICKR and KICKR SNAP in the original foam packaging covered by both the white retail box and brown shipping box the unit came in.
- Please ship with all original pieces including: power cord and block, cassette (for KICKR), and QR skewer. Shipments which fail to include original components or with extraneous items may result in partial refund.
- Ship the KICKR/Snap to the address listed in the RMA document.
- Reply within the support ticket with carrier and tracking number.
