Does my ELEMNT need to be connected to WiFi to sync planned workouts?

The ELEMNT may sync a single Planned Workout from the companion app to your device via bluetooth. However, to automatically sync your week’s worth of planned workouts, WIFI must be connected. WiFi connectivity can be configured for the ELEMNT using the companion app for iOS and Android. If not, please see instructions on how to connect to WiFi.  Next, Power ON your ELEMNT and open the companion app. The ELEMNT should already be paired to your iOS or Android device. If not, please see the instructions on how to pair your ELEMNT and smartphone. Next, select the Settings page in the companion app. Select WiFi Network. On the WiFi page, make sure the WiFi switch is toggled on. If you are already connected to a WiFi network, the name of the network will appear with a check mark next to it. If there are no networks with a check mark, then select the network you want to connect to and enter the WiFi password. The ELEMNT should provide a confirmation message that it has connected to the WiFi network.
