Planned Workouts are structured workouts that are part of a larger training plan. Typically custom built on training plan websites such as Training Peaks and Today’s Plan, Planned workouts usually involve a set of intervals with 1 or 2 power, heart rate, or cadence targets per interval.
A basic account with TrainingPeaks will sync a single workout daily. After the first thirty days a Premium account must be purchased to continue using planned workouts via Today’s Plan or to receive a full week of TrainingPeak’s planned workouts. Using a basic TrainingPeaks plan, past 30 days you will only be able to sync your current day's workout.
