If you are seeing this issue, it is often the case that your account has become unauthorized. In order to restore the connection, you will need to deauthorize/reauthorize your account from the Wahoo Fitness app.
1- Open the Wahoo Fitness app
2- Click on Settings
3- Click on Sharing
4- Click on the 3rd party app no longer sharing
5- Click on Deauthorize
Now, log back in to reauthorize the 3rd party app. If you continue to see the issue, please submit a request to our Support Team.
Android: Users on Android 6.0 or newer will need to make sure all permissions are enabled for the Wahoo Fitness app. To check the settings, please use the below steps.
1- Go to the Android settings
2- Go to applications
3- Go to the applications manager
4- Click in on Fitness
5- Go to permissions
5- Make sure everything is toggled on (including Storage)
