Forgetting / unpairing an ELEMNT computer is a 3 step process on iOS and a 2 step process on Android.
iOS
- Forget the computer in the ELEMNT app for iOS.
- Forget the computer in iOS Bluetooth Settings.
- Forget the phone on the ELEMNT computer.
1. Forget computer in ELEMNT app for iOS
- Navigate to the ELEMNT app Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the tab.
- Select Unpair ELEMNT XXX XXX.
- If the computer is not actively connected, the Settings tab content will not be present, but the option to Unpair will still be present at the bottom of the screen
- Select Forget.
2. Forget phone in iOS Bluetooth settings
- Navigate to the iOS Settings app.
- Navigate to Bluetooth.
- Select the (i) icon next to the ELEMNT computer.
- Select Forget This Device.
- Select Forget Device.
- Repeat this process for any duplicate records in Other Devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth off for at least 10 seconds, then toggle it back on.
3. Forget phone on the ELEMNT, BOLT, or ROAM computer
- Navigate to the Menu page (tap the left side button).
- Scroll down to Forget Phone (right side buttons).
- Select Forget (middle button).
- Select Yes (right button) when asked 'Forget Phone?'.

- Forget the computer in the ELEMNT app for Android
- Forget the phone on the ELEMNT computer

- Navigate to the ELEMNT app Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the tab.
- Select Unpair ELEMNT XXX XXX.
- If the computer is not actively connected, the Settings tab content will not be present, but the option to Unpair the last paired computer will still be present at the bottom of the screen.
2. Forget phone on the ELEMNT, BOLT, or ROAM computer
- Navigate to the Menu page (tap the left side button).
- Scroll down to Forget Phone (right side buttons).
- Select Forget (middle button).
- Select Yes (right button) when asked 'Forget Phone?'.
Your ELEMNT is now fully unpaired and disconnected from your phone. You can now pair the ELEMNT to the same or a different phone.
